Welcome to Indobakehouse ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using www.indobakehouse.com, placing an order, or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

Indobakehouse is a small-batch artisan micro-bakery based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Our products are handcrafted, baked fresh to order, and produced in limited quantities.

2. Ordering

Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

Product unavailability
Pricing errors
Payment issues
Suspected fraudulent activity
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Pre-Order Model

Indobakehouse operates primarily on a pre-order basis.

Unlike commercial bakeries, we do not maintain large inventories of finished products.

Most products are baked specifically for your order to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Estimated preparation and delivery timelines are displayed on individual product pages and at checkout.

4. Product Availability

Because our products are handmade in small batches:

Quantities are limited.
Certain products may sell out.
Seasonal items may only be available for limited periods.
We reserve the right to discontinue products without prior notice.

5. Product Variations

Every loaf, pastry and dessert is handmade.

Natural variations in:

colour
shape
scoring
crumb
crust
decoration
weight (within reasonable tolerances)

are normal and do not constitute defects.

Product photographs are representative only and may differ slightly from the final product.

6. Ingredients & Allergens

Our kitchen handles ingredients including (but not limited to):

Wheat (Gluten)
Dairy
Nuts
Sesame
Soy
Mustard

Although we take care in our preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.

Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution before placing an order.

7. Storage & Consumption

Our products are made without unnecessary preservatives and are intended to be enjoyed fresh.

Customers are responsible for:

following storage instructions provided with the product
refrigerating products where required
consuming products within the recommended timeframe

We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.

8. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout.

Porter Delivery charges will be quoted at the time of delivery via Whatsapp.

9. Payment

Payment must be completed before an order is confirmed.

We accept payment methods offered through our secure payment gateway.

We do not store your payment card information.

10. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

While we work hard to deliver within the promised window, delays may occur due to:

weather
traffic
courier issues
operational constraints
unforeseen events

Risk and responsibility for the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery or pickup.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

11. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

delivery address
contact number
recipient details

Additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect information may be payable by the customer.

12. Order Changes

Because production begins shortly after confirmation, changes to orders may not always be possible.

Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

13. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before production has commenced.

Once baking or preparation has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Custom orders and made-to-order products are non-cancellable.

14. Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

the wrong item was delivered;
the product arrived significantly damaged;
the product is spoiled upon delivery due to our handling.

Claims must be reported within 2 hours of delivery and accompanied by clear photographs.

Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion after review.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

photographs
logos
branding
recipes
illustrations
graphics
written content

belongs to Indobakehouse unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

16. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

misuse the website;
attempt unauthorized access;
interfere with website security;
upload malicious software;
engage in fraudulent activity.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indobakehouse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or consumption of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
